to use the services contained in the website www.htechnopole.it, we invite you to read this information which describes the rules we apply for the management of your personal data, pursuant to articles 12 and 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and subsequent amendments, also known as “General Data Protection Regulation” or more briefly as “GDPR”, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as to the free circulation of such data.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the selection procedures relating to the open positions published in the “Join Us” site area, or to manage the information requests sent filling the online form present in the “Contact Us” website area.
In particular, the processing of personal data will take place using the following legal basis:
a) Collection and evaluation of CVs in the selection procedures.
b) Provision of support and assistance by the Human Resources relating to the applications sent through the recruitment software for the management of the selection process, reachable through a specific link which can be found in the “Join Us” area of the website.
c) Management of requests for information sent through the “Contact Us” online form in the “Contact Us” area of the website.
4. Legal basis of the processing
For the purposes of point 3, letters a) and b) of this information, the legal basis of the processing consists of Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
For the purposes of point 3, letter c) of this information, the legal basis of the processing consists of Art. 6, paragraph 1, let. a) of the GDPR: the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Your data will be processed by computer and paper support, following the rules on protection of personal data, including those related to data security.
6. Categories of recipients of personal data
Your personal data, provided for the purposes of point 3, letters a), b) and c) of this information, will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your data shall be processed by the Company which is in charge of carrying out services related to the hosting of the virtual server, the Server installation, configuration and maintenance, the technical assistance service, the technical help desk and back-up / restore service, necessary to ensure the optimal functioning of the Human Technopole website and by the Company that is in charge of providing the recruitment software for the management of the selection process.
Furthermore, upon a specific request, HT is deemed to communicate data to the Judicial Authority.
7. Data Storage
Your personal data, processed for the purposes pursuant to point 3, letters a), b) and c), and will be stored for 24 months from the date of receipt.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
You may exercise the rights pursuant to Articles 13, paragraph 2 and Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the GDPR at any time by contacting the Data Controller, at the contact address given in point 1 of this information.
In particular, as data subject, you can request:
access to your personal data, pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR;
correction of your personal data, pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR;
cancellation of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR;
restriction of personal data processing, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR;
the portability of your personal, pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the GDPR.
Furthermore, we inform you that you may oppose to the processing of data at any time, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, in the event that one of the situations referred to in art. 6, paragraph 1, let. e) and f) of the GDPR occurs. In this case, you may contact the Data Controller, at the contact address given in point 1 of this information.
9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
Finally, pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, we remind you that you have the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), if you believe that your data processing infringes the provisions of the Regulation.
10. Nature of the processing and obligation of providing data
Your personal data is necessary to proceed with the evaluation of your profile, any subsequent interview for the selection procedures, to provide assistance and support while sending your application.
11. Existence of automated decision-making processes in the data processing
It shall be specified that for the processing of the abovementioned data there is NO automated decision-making process, pursuant to Article 22 of the GDPR.
DEFINITIONS, FEATURES AND APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user send and record on its computer or mobile device, to be re-transmitted to the same websites during a further visit.
